We arrived in Kenya early Saturday morning June 15. I liked Kenya Airways because their flight attendants were all Kenyan and they played cool African music while boarding.
I am honored and blessed to receive an African name - Njoki- which translates to "she who has returned" . ( Even tho my brother said it means "orange") In a Kikuyu tribe, when a child is born she receives the name of an honored relative - like an aunt. If that child dies, the next child gets the same name. That is Njoki
